The Vin Bin guarantees the quality of all our products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 10 days of receipt of your order for assistance 508-480-9463

Alcoholic beverages: Winemaking isn’t always an exact science- sometimes you get a bottle that is corked or flawed. Bring back the bottle with the remaining wine and we’ll give you another one of equal value! By law, we cannot take back unopened alcoholic beverages unless flawed.

Non Alcohol: We will gladly return or exchange any non-edible/non-alcoholic product for up to 30 days after purchase with receipt and if product is in resale-able condition.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery: Why vie for a parking spot or haul a heavy case home when we can deliver your wine right to your door? Any purchase other than gift baskets over $50 are eligible for free delivery to Marlboro, Southborough, Hudson, Hopkinton. Chat with us in-store, call, or email us to set up your delivery.

Delivery of Gift Baskets: All gift baskets valued at $75 or above will be hand delivered for free to the following areas: Marlboro, Hudson, Hopkinton, Southborough. Please be aware that if the baskets contain alcohol, the recipient must be aged 21 or older and must be home to receive the basket. No gift basket will be left unattended. For out of delivery area, a fee may be imposed.

Shipping: For our out-of-town wine lovers, we ship via UPS anywhere in Massachusetts, and any other states that allow out-of-state wine orders. Just place your order at the shop and we’ll take care of the rest. You can double check if your state is available.

Important legal information
Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony. In addition, other restrictions may apply as some states limit the quantity and type of products that may be shipped to an individual address, person or household. For further information, contact your state’s alcoholic beverage control agency.

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from The Vin Bin to the purchaser in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from Massachusetts to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine through common carrier, The Vin Bin is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser, provided that The Vin Bin in its sole judgment believes that such shipment will not subject The Vin Bin to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. By using this service from The Vin Bin, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. The purchaser expressly authorizes that he/she is at least 21 years of age.

If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by The Vin Bin violates the law, the buyer may provide an alternative address in another state or arrange for pick-up at the store.

Age requirements
Legal Age Requirement: Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your order with The Vin Bin you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom any alcoholic beverage will be delivered is also 21 years old. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing an alcohol beverage product will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency proving he or she is at least 21 years old.


If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver it will be made. We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to The Vin Bin. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages.

The Vin Bin recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.

Shipping methods & costs
We will do everything possible to process your shipping order within 1 business day. Shipping costs for orders from The Vin Bin depend upon the method and option you choose and are determined by weight.

Deliveries are handled by UPS and are shipped ground transportation.

If an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.

We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The Vin Bin does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

Additionally, under extreme weather conditions The Vin Bin reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality. We will contact you if this is the case, and also discuss other delivery options if the order is time-sensitive.

Tracking your order
If you would like to track your order, please provide us with an email address and we will send you the tracking number upon receipt of your order.

Out of stock items
Although we normally have sufficient inventory for most of our wines, there are times when products may be out of stock.  If that occurs, The Vin Bin wine professionals are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
