We have a simple philosophy in our product selection: Offer products that go with wine, cheese, bread and brew - and only unique, interesting, exciting products not commonly found in grocery markets, package stores or - god forbid - dollar stores!!!

Each week we order new cheeses, many pre-ordered weeks in advance from France or Italy; new wines from those we taste three times a week, and new beers from the growing number of microbrews sprouting up across the nation.
