The Vin Bin happily brings the world of artisanal cheeses to Greater Marlborough. From the ginger-infused fresh goat cheese of Crystal Brook Farm in Sterling, to Bitto -- the rare cow and goat cheese wheel from the valleys deep within Valtellina, Italy, we strive to bring you cheeses that will make your eyes go wide. Our quest is to eradicate tasteless, bland cheeses from your diet and replace them with cheese that has soul, character and a reason for being.
We also know that keeping track of what you buy is difficult – you do have many more things to worry about – let us keep track of your cheese purchases. Everytime you visit us, tell us your name and we’ll pull your card out of our file and add the cheeses you bought. That way, when you come back, we’ll let you know what you had.
