Our purpose is to explain what we offer, why we are different and more importantly, what we can do for you. Our on-line store will be the next phase, but for now, whatever you see in these pages you can order direct from us, by calling us at 508-480-9463, or emailing us at info@thevinbin.com.
The Vin Bin was founded in 2004. When we first dreamed of opening a wine and cheese store in Marlborough, the goal was to create a way of life where customer service mattered above all else and product selection was thoughtful, with an eye towards value, quality and excellence.
Amidst uncertainty as to what exactly a Vin Bin was, the public soon embraced the store that is as warm and cozy as an old friend.
The Vin Bin quickly gained popularity as a place that practices what it preaches. Customers are treated to a selection of nearly one thousand different wines and a cheese case that brims with more than 150 artisan cheeses from the Berkshire Mountains to the Alpine valleys of Northern Italy.

We were honored in 2006 by the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce as they chose us "Small Business of the Year." And, in 2006, the readers of the Metrowest Daily News voted us as the No. 1 Liquor Store in a nine-town region in Central Massachusetts.
Because our customer base is the envy of wine and cheese vendors everywhere, we have been able to secure highly prized and allocated wines once destined for restaurants or only the most elite wine shops. We are just as happy to find the hard to come by wines as you are to receive them.
Our relationship with smaller wine producers also allows us to carry wines most large supermarket-sized stores won’t carry. And that means your choices are actually better with us.
And best of all, because we don’t align ourselves with certain mega wine vendors, we aren’t forced to carry certain wines against our will. We are truly an independent wine and cheese source – committed to bringing you the very best Wine, Cheese Bread and Brew on earth.
